🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – Bachpan Store Last updated: 20-11-2025 At Bachpan Store, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to bring elegance, comfort, and joy to your little one. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with easy exchanges and fair return policies. 

💛 Eligibility for Return & Exchange 
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions: You received a defective or damaged product. You received a different item or size than what was ordered. You wish to exchange for another size, subject to availability. Please note: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required. 

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items Since many of our pieces are handcrafted, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Sale or discounted items Accessories We recommend checking our size guide or contacting our support team before placing custom orders.

 🔄 Exchange Process Email us at support@bachpanstore.com within 7 days of delivery. Mention your order number, item name, and reason for exchange. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days. 
Note: Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If the desired size or item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead. 

💰 Returns & Refunds We currently offer store credit or replacement for eligible returns — no cash refunds. Store credit can be used within 6 months for any future purchase on www.bachpanstore.com. Refunds to the original payment method are processed only in cases of: Damaged or defective items verified by our team ,Cancellation before dispatch (in rare cases) 

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Shipping Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our studio unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from our end. For damaged or wrong items, we will arrange a free reverse pickup. Please ensure safe packaging — we cannot be held responsible for items damaged during return transit. 

🧵 Quality Check All returned items undergo a thorough quality inspection before an exchange or credit is approved. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
