🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your confirmation and payment.
For made-to-order or hand-embroidered pieces, please allow 7–10 business days for dispatch.
Delivery Time:
Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000.
- For orders below ₹2,000, a nominal ₹50 shipping fee applies.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) may attract an additional ₹50 service fee.
Delivery Partners:
We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery ensuring safe and timely delivery.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Delivery timelines vary between 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

🧵 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your tracking number and courier partner details.
You can track your order anytime using the provided tracking link.

💛 Pre-orders & Custom Orders

Pre-order and custom-made pieces are specially handcrafted for you.
These orders may take 10–15 business days for production and dispatch.
Since these are made-to-order, please note that they are non-cancellable and non-returnable once placed.

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

Unforeseen weather or courier issues
Remote delivery locations
Public holidays or festive rush
